Portage Chapel has been with us since the beginning of Onnemi International Ministries. We are grateful for the support and faithful mission teams that journey to Ciudad Juarez every year.
We, as Onnemi missionaries, have grown in our faith as a result of these mission trips. We also get the joy of watching some of the teens and families from our community grow in their faith as a result of the precious people on these teams. We value the deep relationships that develop because of faithful people practicing what they believe.
One of the big highlights from this past trip is anindustrial stove and oven! Sounds funny to say that's a highlight; but they were major needs as we continue to provide two daily meals for over 100 families in the community. We will share more about the kitchen in a later update.
