A couple of years ago, a young man sponsored three soccer teams with Onnemi. He had worked through the summer while on break from high school. Garrett wanted to use some of his earnings to help. We were able to start the teams and purchase shoes and practice balls for the whole group!
This year we are down to one team. The younger guys struggle to commit to the game schedule and navigating the city for matches can be challenging. Please pray for our guys! Games this year are quite far. They have to coordinate themselves and maneuver in an unfriendly city. | | | Onnemi International Ministries is dedicated to church planting on the US-Mexico border.
