This year Ken got a chimenea for his birthday and we have really enjoyed some family time by the fire. We had a couple meals by the fire, one of our favorite being Roasted Hot Dog with a side of Hobos (A medley of potatoes chopped and seasoned with olive oil and spices and sealed in an aluminum pouch) and for dessert apple pie a la no crust....oh and we cant forget our second dessert: s'mores!
