We are surrounded by all kinds of beautiful mountains here in El Paso. Hiking and mountain climbing is a hobby of many people. To celebrate a successful first week of school we went hiking to these mountains in New Mexico that are about 45 minutes away from home. One of the trails we went on was 6 miles one way, so we did 2 miles as it got steeper and the girls were done at about that point. We came across these three young hiker guys that said it was impressive that we were out hiking as a family with three little ones and a dog. We all really enjoyed our time.
